  • 1. What is TomTom’s Ticket 2 Drive Promotion? Open

    The TomTom Ticket 2 Drive promotion is open to new TomTom customers. The offers are valid on new purchases made in-store up to 30th September 2009.

    You can view all offers on the promotional micro site, which include discounted entrance to attractions and activities along with discounted hotel and spa offers. In order to redeem the offers featured on the promotional website you must complete the registration form in full. You will be required to supply a valid email address along with your TomTom satellite navigation product serial number and model type. Once your account has been set up you will be able to download a voucher for your chosen offer immediately.

    Generally 'two for the price of one' or 'one free child when accompanied by one full paying adult'. Offers do vary by attraction or activity so please make sure you check the individual third party partner details listed on the website.

    Leisure Offers

    Please note to qualify for the discounts you must purchase a TomTom satellite navigation product up to 30th September 2009.

  • 4. How long will the offers be valid for? Open

    Most offers are valid until 30th October 2010, however validity is subject to the individual terms and conditions of each third party partner offer.

    Please note that you must purchase a TomTom before 30th September 2009 to qualify for the discounts.

  • 5. How do I redeem an offer? Open

    Once you have selected a venue, please click on the ‘redeem voucher’ button on the individual listing. You will then be asked to enter the required details, along with entering your TomTom satellite navigation product serial number and model type, in order to set up membership account. You will be emailed a username and password, for future use, so that you will not have to enter your details every time you want to download a voucher. You can then print your voucher* and take it with you to your chosen venue in order to redeem the offer. In some cases, you may have to pre-book so please check the information listed on the individual third party partner page.

    * With the exception of GreenFree Golf, please see point 10 below and Macdonald Hotels, please see point 12 below.

  • 6. How many vouchers can I download? Open

    You can only download one voucher per offer.

  • 7. Are there any dates when I cannot use my vouchers? Open

    Third party partners may have date exclusions. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions for each third party partner to find any restrictions.

  • 8. Where can I find my TomTom satellite navigation product serial number? Open

    Please refer to your TomTom. Your serial number can be found on the underside of your product.

  • 10. Can I use my voucher with other offers or discounts? Open

    No, unfortunately vouchers cannot be used as part of a corporate booking or in conjunction with any other concessionary or discounted rates.

  • 11. Do I have to hand my voucher in when I arrive at
             my chosen venue/partner?

    Yes, you will need to hand in your downloaded Ticket 2 Drive with TomTom voucher at the gate/till upon arrival at your chosen third party partner. With the exception of GreenFree golf courses, SpaFinder and Macdonald Hotels where you will be asked to follow a different redemption route.

  • 12. What is the redemption route for the GreenFree golf 2 for 1 offer? Open

    To book your round of golf, please click on the ‘redeem voucher’ button on the individual listing. You will then be asked to enter the required details, along with entering your TomTom satellite navigation product serial number and model type, in order to set up membership account. You will be emailed a username and password, for future use, so that you will not have to enter your details every time you want to download a voucher. On submitting the form you will be taken to the GreenFree website where you will be asked to enter your contact details on the registration form to claim your 2 for 1 Privilege Voucher which will then be sent to you by post. Upon receipt of this voucher you must pre-book your round of golf with your chosen golf club and present this voucher to the golf club to obtain your second round of golf free. Please do not contact the golf club until you are in possession of your voucher and directory

  • 13. What is the redemption route for the SpaFinder Gift Voucher offer? Open

    To purchase your SpaFinder Gift Voucher, please click on the ‘redeem voucher’ button. You will be asked to enter the required details, along with entering both your TomTom satellite navigation product serial number and model type, in order to set up membership account. You will be emailed a username and password, for future use, so that you will not have to enter your details every time you want to download a voucher. Please print your TomTom voucher, visit the promotional web site stated on your TomTom voucher and follow the online instructions. You will be required to enter the promotional code, found on your TomTom voucher, when prompted on the Spa Finder website. Once you have purchased your SpaFinder Gift Voucher, it will be posted out to you via your chosen delivery method. Your voucher can then be redeemed at any of the SpaFinder partner spas which can be found at www.spafinder.co.uk. You will need to contact the Spa directly to make your booking and you will be asked to present your SpaFinder Gift Voucher on arrival.

  • 14. What is the redemption route for the Macdonald Hotels offer? Open

    To book your stay at a Macdonald Hotel, please click on the ‘redeem voucher’ button.
        You will be asked to enter the required details, along with entering both your TomTom serial number and model type, in order to set up membership account. You will be emailed a username and password, for future use, so that you will not have to enter your details every time you want to download a voucher. On submitting the form you will be forwarded to the Macdonald Hotels promotional website where you can make your booking.

  • 15. If I purchase a TomTom for a second time during the promotion
             can I have access to the offers again?

    Yes, the offers are available for each transaction with your individual serial number when you purchase a TomTom before 30th September 2009.
